Magali and Jeff got married on Saturday 5th September 2009 at St Marks church near Abbey Road. Magali made the cutest bride and she arrived in the cutest Mini to the church. As the assistant photographer for Marianne Taylor Photography I am usually the first person the bride meets at the church. It's a great honour actually! :)
Magali and Jeff had a beautiful, intimate service. Their family and friends took part in a wonderful Portuguese wedding tradition of padrinos during the marriage ceremony. Every wedding we have been to this year has taught us something new and wonderful!
The Saturday was lovely and whilst Magali had rice picked out of her hair to be ready to have some portraits taken with Jeff, the rest of us waited for the routemaster bus to come and transport us to Burgh House in Hampstead. Magali and Jeff got to ride in that gorgeous mini she arrived in though!
I think I have lost count on how many bus rides I've had this summer in these wonderful routemaster buses! They are always fun though and a great way of getting guests from A to B!
The Burgh House is a beautiful place and suited Magali and Jeff as a venue so well. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the high street and has a beautiful garden and a lovely cafe that is open to public every day!
What a sweet and lovely wedding this was! Thanks again to Marianne for booking me to help her and as always, please see her blog for the full details of this gorgeous wedding!
